Recipe for Hydration

HYDRATION for your face

Because healthy and hydrated skin is always in season, it's important to nourish it with a host of natural ingredients.  Hailed as a superfood, Chia seeds can also benefit the skin topically.  Here is a easy recipe for  a do-it-yourself edible moisture mask.  This contains Chia seeds and Raw Honey.  This mask is ideal for sharing  with clients suffering from dry and parched skin.

INGREDIENTS

1 TBSP of milled Chia seeds
1 TBSP of Raw Honey
1/2 of an Avocado, pitted and mashed

STEPS

1.  In a small bowel, mix ingredients together into a paste
2.  Apply to freshly cleansed skin, and let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes
3.  Remove gently with warm water and a washcloth
